Howdy Folks! Thanks for visiting our website! We are a family owned real estate office here in Horseshoe Beach... Our roots run back to the mid 1800's when my ancesters began to settle this area of Florida. My Grandpa, Ed Butler was born about 5-6 miles from Horseshoe Beach. At that time Horseshoe Beach didn't exist as a town. Grandpa lived to see many changes in his world with Horseshoe as one of them. It was developed by a couple of his cousins, Burton Butler and Chris Douglas. Grandpa lived to be 104+ years and passed in April of 2009.
